I don't think 65s are FMOs. Only 65 that was previously an FMO was Novo Mundo.

65s are FMOs comparing back to the old 13-point scale.

Also I don't see how that makes sense AJ. All the 65s according to the old 13 scale were 10s besides Novo Mundo... Am I missing something?

it makes sense because they are the highest ex vc's that are included with the lowest fmos as 15s in the new difficulty system (with the same 20-pt. scale difficulty as songs like ehhs which would definitely classify them as fmo's on the old scale)

There's only a handful of 65's though. And the vast majority of them are old-scale VC's. Nuvo Mundo in many people's opinions was most likely the lowest FMO out there possibly. From the information provided within the 'level ranks', we can see that they are all old VC's, no doubt. All the other 'low fmos' are the 66's and 67's most likely.

They were all extremely high level 10s (some complained about in the past/ex-FMOs). It seems as if it was consolidated into an area that would serve as a borderline. Works for me, either way.
