yeah, not everyone can still use the legacy engine after getting so used to the Velocity engine, so telling people to stop complaining makes you look like a dick.

Thankfully, R^2 seems to be running really well for me now, so things are alright for me as long as R^2 gets scores into the dashboard (which I think is why some people have - - -0- for their scores).

It's not just the Velocity engine. They're all lagging or have something wrong with them. Velo lags like a mofo, legacy has the miss glitch, and R^2 has a completely different window, so using anything other than your standard engine is ****ing unbearable for this tourney. I don't know what's going on but playing FFR right now is simply unbearable. And with the way the official works there's no extensions. So if you're one of the unlucky ones like me where SDGs / AAAs make or break your progress to the next round, you can understand our frustration and why we're "complaining" so much.

I will be majorly pissed off to no end if this isn't fixed by at minimum mid next round. If it's not fixed, the tourney needs to be halted or something needs to be ****ing done. This is utter nonsense. I'm sure there's honestly a good explanation for this it'd be nice if there was any progress on it.

I've been away for most of the week but have logged on a couple of times to try playing my song and see if the lag has cleared up, but it hasn't. I don't have time to go back through the thread, but are there any ideas yet as to why it's suddenly started lagging for some people for seemingly no reason? I have seriously struggled to get under 20 on my song so far, when I know that I'd have AAA'd this if I'd have played it anytime before this week when I was lag-free.

Although with that said, a quick look at the number of AAAs on the dashboard suggests that there are PLENTY of people who aren't having these problems... But are there any suggestions on a fix past "try another flash player" (I have, no dice), or "try another engine" (for a tournament lolno).

Used Velocity for almost 1.5 years.. Switched to Legacy for less than a week.. Instantly started improving old scores.. that engine holds you back!! Give Legacy a chance.

Between the massive combo size and the timing position, I can't read anything on legacy. Those 2 things alone take up half the space.

EDIT: and I use the PA counter for accuracy. instead of blindly playing it.
