My LoL is updated completely and fully patched and it still doesn't show him in the store, and I haven't seen him in ANY games yet.

Also, I prefer LW over BC, just because the Armor Pen is a greater amount. I was never satisfied with attacking the fastest such as Teemo.

Not necessarily. 40% is not always going to be greater than 45, especially if you pick up arpen masteries and runes, since the % is factored after the flat. That aside, Black Cleaver actually shreds the armor, not just penetrates, so your entire team gets use out of it. Your bruisers that aren't building any arpen are going to be doing more damage as a result. And getting the 3 stacks on whoever is the focus shouldn't be difficult to do, so don't even try to say that's detrimental.

Someone earlier in this thread explained that BC doesn't give near as much APen as LW does, and when I play I'm usually the only AD, so that is why I get LW instead of BC. LW's 40% is 102.9 or something like that armor.

Without runes and masteries the number is around 113, not including the extra 15 AD and 30% AS. I usually don't care enough to pick up Black Cleaver honestly, just defending it's place as an item lol. I'd prefer Last Whisper usually as well, but some carries get decent use out of the Cleaver enough to make it worthwhile (Varus, Vayne, Win Nhao when he was useable in anything other than a stomp). Obviously the two items are for different situations, and when playing ranked most people are smart enough to build defenses, so LW will win out in most of those games. But the frequency in seeing armor on anything but a tank in normals is painfully low, so the Cleaver is perfectly effective in those matches.

Never understood the whole Warmog's on Vlad thing. Passive doesn't grant nearly enough AP to justify buying it, and you're tanky enough already from the AP > HP conversion + pool + hourglass. If you really can't live with 3k+ HP and 5s of invulnerability, you're doing it extremely wrong lol.

imo vlad is strong enough with a rylai's and wota in his core build. it's like hecarim's passive. the bonus on it is nice but it's not what you focus your build on

Warmog's on Vlad only works in ARAM and even then it doesn't always work.

but duuuuuuuuuude if u build bc on a ranged ad u can tag enemies with debuffs frm afar & ur lee sins n shivanas can destroy dem!! xd
