Yeah no kidding lol. Literally could only draw stick figures starting out.
Not to mention none of my family supported me being an artist. My dad had offered to pay for any college I wanted to go to until I said I wanted to be an artist, then he pretty much said **** you you're on your own.

Being able to rub this in his face has felt nice.

I haven't had the chance to tell my parents that I want to do something music and theoretical math related, but being stereotypical asian parents, I know that they won't approve letting me sing. I can only imagine how satisfying it is to be able to prove them wrong haha.

Thanks! It really does feel awesome, though I haven't really had much time at all to go out and enjoy the money yet. I pretty much work 7 days a week and only take breaks during intense rendering/simulations. I figure a few months of really hard work is certainly worth it, so I'm trying not to complain.

So when are you going to get into big time stock trading or something and make mad money too? ;D

I already make a decent salary -- but not $15k a fukken week though jesus

Finance is so dry ;-; I actually used to work at a trading firm. What I really want to do is design video games.

I thought I wanted to design video games too, until I started designing video games, and realized how much it sucked.

The only way to even make more than about 65k/y is to produce the game yourself. See first sentence.
