3 aoe's, true damage mechanic, a multiple dash ulti that requires no target. Her kit just sounds too good, unless they made her base values and ratios shit.
These 6300 champs are killing me. Up until 7-8 months ago I had every new champ within 2 days of release, now I'm missing the last 7 that came out because it takes a week of hard playing to get 6300 ip.

Just like Shyvana lol, sounds great on paper does no damage in practice. Ratios are important
what matters is ratios/base values/range/cds/effective skill sustain (mpool/mcost or epool/ecost) base character stats and most importantly reaching breakpoints with these numbers
ex. 5 base damage on an aoe skill can mean the difference between killing a set of ranged creeps in one spell instead of two or one and 3 auto attacks at level 5. This frees up either mana pool or auto attacks to harass/trade with your opponent.
Of course your ability to harass/trade with a laning opponent is dictated by your skill ranges/skill missile speeds auto atk base damage/range/missile speed/responsiveness (ALL OF THESE DETERMINE WHETHER OR NOT YOU CAN LAND 1 MORE AUTO ON YOUR OPPONENT THAN HE DOES ON YOU -OR- if equal trade comes out in YOUR favor, whether YOU want to PREVENT additional exchanges that may result in YOU TAKING AN EXTRA AUTO) and of course your skill cooldowns relative to your opponent's skill cooldowns (if u cannot understand the importance of the relative in bold then u should not be playing this game anyway)
so given a situation in which 2 characters are on completely equal footing a 5 base damage increase on a single skill can wildly swing the lane in the favor of one character because of an extra skill or auto attack they can glean
OR
depending on the matchup if your opponent is unable to clear ranged creeps with a single skill at level 5 and YOU are, all other things being equal, you have an automatic advantage the instant you hit level 6 and if in that 4 seconds extra it takes your opponent to kill a set of ranged creeps with auto attacks or another skill or whatnot YOU KILL HIM WITH YOUR ULT. YOU PRETTY MUCH WIN THE LANE.
now obviously a good player wouldn't die to that sort of thing but you guys probably aren't playing against very good players anyway ~_~
also the same thing applies to a seemingly negligible increase of 10 range on an auto attack, if the result is an extra auto attack in every trade or exchange the cumulative result over the course of the first 5 levels in a 1v1 solo lane could be 1 hp pot or more U GET THE IDEA

like i could take two characters and actually go through the math of straight trade scenarios in mid lane and show you arithmetically the significance of pretty much everything BUT kit but i really don't feel like it
tl;dr kit only decides reasonable comps that a character fits in and it only really applies in high enough level games where pretty much everyone on both teams understands this (like literally you could give a character 4 full screen aoe true damaeg stuns and they could suck absolute dick)

My name is Tmachavelli (you can add me) and I scrolled and saw something about Veigar, Probably best champ to kill a fed AP. Not only can he stun, and use his skillshot, his AP increases each time a finishing blow as happened with Q, His ult does a set damage (320) + (Amount of AP you have) + (80%*Enemy AP Count) I've seen veigars shut up an AP Champ in a heartbeat, Buffed or Nerfed.
