For jacks such as these, sometimes it helps if you use more than one finger. I don't mean to use more than one finger for the key, but to place tension in the finger you are not using. For example, if you use your middle finger for the right-arrow (4), you can do a pencil-like grip, where your index finger and thumb are pressing against each other, and your middle finger is pressing to the side of your thumb and finger. This way, you will have more control of your hand, and place all the stress into your thumb and index finger. Using this method, I personally find it easier to play jacks that are long, or quite fast.

I'm usually terrible at jacks. Gonna try this later. Hopefully I can improve.

When you see patterns similar to the one above, you must always remember to hit every note before proceeding to the next. It seems self explanatory, but people keep forgetting this, and instead, their mind wants to proceed to the next set of arrows. Your mind moves faster than your fingers, so you have to concentrate to hit the 1 and 1, before moving to the 2 and 2. If it is fast, you can hit the early perfect window for the 1 and 1, and hit the late window for the 2 and 2. Then likewise, because the 4 and 4 mini-jack starts on the right hand, you can hit the early perfect window for the 4 and 4, and the late window for the 3 and 3.

Therefore, always try to hit the earlier window when you have to switch hands for mini-jacks.

For long jacks such as these:

1--- (or right handed jacks)

It is important to tense your arm from the start of the jacks - Do not tense your arm before the jacks start. If it is not too fast, try to hit each key definitely (for consistency), so you can hear the taps. It is better to be accurate rather than trying to furiously hit all the notes.

If the 1-1-1-1 jacks (in the above example) are quite fast, keep your fingers closer to the keys.

Knowing them gives me no advantage. I never play them and I don't really get to play ffr much at all anyway. I wish I had time to play so I could compare to like hi19 who boosted like mad.
