Head over to the FFR Batch Forum for all the details on how you can get your file into the game. The Artist Permissions forum section will help you find out if FFR has permission to use the song your file goes with.

Do the thing with the C in a circle, then X'd out, like the other cool xmod file banners have. Put it to the right of the artist too in a font size in between that of the artist and song name.

I didn't have the time to get around to getting reviews finished and tomorrow I'll be fairly busy. Contemplating on extending the finalization time period for early-mid this week, if not next weekend.
Keep a lookout for a list of songs that need GFX, which I'll post after the next batch review. A lot of files I received didn't have GFX.
