Even better is that it has an active which makes teemo and jax unable to dodge/blind you for a few seconds and it gives a pretty big amount of armor pen.

If blinded (and before exhaust was changed, exhausted), you'll miss your attacks for the duration of the debuff. (unless there was an update I missed that changed that).

Well i've only been playing for 4 days off and on Lol.. I'm still testing builds. I did a different one, was decent as well

Sorry for being so harsh towards you. This updated build you posted is much better and actually a good build. I should've explained to you why 2 IE's is bad instead of just telling you "hey it sucks you suck, blah blah". Anyway, after you get IE for damage and Phantom Dancer for attack speed, Black Cleaver/Bloodthirster, etc are great items to get next as you posted. Didn't know you had only been playing for 4 days

Tried Morgana for the first time. Wasn't horrible. Went 5/1/6.

That wizard hat that gives a poopton of AP

and then the game was over. Kind of think I might need an arch staff because I was running out of mana too quickly. Or maybe I should just bring clarity.
