    His ult seems weak tho. 20% is nothing. Akali's E does more damage :/

                His ult is about as strong as Garen's... and it's AoE...

                Seriously it probably only seems weak because it's not OP like the rest of him.

                    I heard bad things about Xin during the release but I wasn't around for it

                    I still think he's a pretty good hero though

                    @Stepdude: I know at least Roar plays on EU; I also have an account on EU (Mehified) but I made it just a while ago
                    You can always just make a US account though (Roar did), and changing between the two regions is pretty easy (you don't need to download both clients)

                    You'll be playing with higher latency though

                        I already have one account on the US server, though it's old and un-leveled. Anyway, most of my IRL friends play on EU server so I probably won't play on the US one for some time.
