This is certainly an odd glitch. I do not currently have this problem, but I can tell you what causes problems with my PC when it comes to this lag.

To start, upgrading (more like downgrading) my PC to Flash 10.1 KILLED FFR. I could barely play a single song without it all of a sudden jumping frames like crazy and giving me goods absolutely everywhere. I currently use the Adobe (Macromedia) Flash Player 9.0r260 standalone to play FFR, and generally experience 0 lag.

In addition, enlarging the FFR window to a much higher proportion (zooming in, and full screen) causes me to get random goods in quite a lot of songs. Try playing it on it's default proportions in a maximized window and see if this makes a difference.

It could also be your monitor. I noticed a significant decrease in the ability to play FFR on my upstairs computer when I purchased my 22.5" AOC, and upped the resolution to 1600 x 1200. The computer I use FFR on has only a 1024 x 768 resolution, I'd assume less processing, less lag or random goods.

I am unsure of how many people are actually experiencing this issue with random goods/misses/boos/etc, but if it isn't a PC issue it should definitely be looked into.

I'll have to check out that resolution thing you've suggested. And as stated previously, my issue has nothing to do with lag. The game runs smoothly, but you're still hit with random goods. It almost emulates a super-tight timing window, you get what I mean?

exactly my thoughts, it feels like the timing window somehow got smaller and MUCH more precise

grrr....I'm gonna try! I was able to easily pull 6 goods clean over and over back before the site crashed (that was my biggest complaint, actually, because I thought I had another FGO I could finally AAA). Then the site crashed, now I can't do it do to random goods...rawr!!!

I just started having this problem today. Worked fine before today but now I get goods on almost every jump without lag and with everything being on sync...

What's going on? I can't AAA 3's now >_>

Ok, if the fact that I got 8 goods on Laser Shooter while only getting 2 goods on Infiltration is any indication of evidence, I'm predicting that my inability to score well and this "elusive good-fest" is in fact due to slight offsync arrows. Whatever the reason is for the offsync nature compared to my older computer (which was onsync), this is all the more reason why I would highly suggest an offset feature that affects all but the oldest FFR songs.

Both songs I played were slightly offsync, but due to the slower bpm of Laser Shooter, the effect was more pronounced. The Infiltration file had arrows that approached at a fairly constant (and faster) rate, and hence I was able to keep rhythm more easily despite the slight offsync. I played both songs only once.

Same. I had significantly more trouble AAA'ing Laser Shooter, I had to use a different computer to do it. Also, it only really effects me on slower songs too, the slower the song, the more goods I get. Indication? I think so.

I'm so ****ing sick of this ****ing ****, it NEEDS FIXING. God damn this is pissing me off, I tried playing on a computer that didn't have the good issue, but it has random boos that come when I'm not hitting ANYTHING. These issues really need to be addressed, I'm going crazy!
