If a file can be doable by only those who can PA most of the FGO files, that file is a 13.

I agree -- I can do really well on the file, but it's still a ****ton harder than most of the FGO's on the site

it's a lot easier than the other 13s though, not nearly as much speed required. I'd give it fgo status.
