I'uno, I don't want to alienate people who do drugs, simply cause it IS your choice and I won't bother you about it, but in my eyes, drugs are just a scapegoat for those who are incapable of reproducing those heightened senses and emotions from normal life interactions. Like you resort to it cause you're impotent of the feelings otherwise. I just think there are always, no matter the situation, better lanes in life to take to achieve those feelings.

No I'm completely capable of producing the normal array of emotions drugs create the abnormal array and that one is pretty much awesome too.

You can disagree with whatever other points Strauss brings up, and I never said that was wrong -- but it's absolutely retarded for you to make this sweeping statement that the book is worthless because you're only capable of blasting one point (which I happened to agree with, mind you), and assuming that because of that one point, all other points are inherently worthless when you didn't even read enough to know what those things are.

Well I mean if you're into seeing images form on an otherwise normal looking wall, and have it speak to you and you talk back to it, then yeah, drugs are great and again, they are your choice. Lol, I know this is only one scenario and not all drugs perform this hyper-real instance but I think you get the point I'm trying to make. If you're into tapping into the abnormal array of your world then so be it, it just isn't needed or wanted for the folks I am speaking for, which I am a part of.
