Also also, decided to allow for late entries, in the event that people be big meanies and forget to submit... 250 point deduction (10 Goods) for a submission past deadline. Nothing too substantial to overcome, especially since the last 2 Rounds are fair game for pretty much anyone, what with the difficulties of the songs.
