you know there isn't a reason to get mad, but to be annoyed that people need to bs on a "DDR emulator" is understandable (i'm not calling bs on anyone, just making a point). when anyone cheats in anything that people play competitively you can expect people to get thrown into a fit. there isn't really any way to call bs on anyone that plays the game since the scores are totally unreasonable but still possible. so before anyone backlashes on a person for an incredible score, its best to wait for a video or something that can really prove that that person is bs. bsing itself though is biased amongst stepmania players.

being completely honest though stepmania is incredibly easy to bs; since the coding is so open source on stepmania, along with mods easily being able to changed (this sounds dumb but bsing "mined" songs is easy to do since you can change the name on the "mines off" mod) and video editing is getting easier and easier nowadays, bsing is considerably getting more common.

from saying all that its easy to see why people quit (including me, even though i'm trying to start playing for scores again) and just start playing other games. personally i don't believe any insane scores unless they're either by a more common user that always does ridiculous or someone who has videos that show judge/life/stepmania.ini stuff on other ridiculous scores they've gotten in the past.
