DJ Hero looks mad sick! The idea is nice, even though it has been done before, aka beatmania. But it has Daft Punk, so you know it's gonna be good.

Though, Scratch: The Ultimate DJ looks more realistic to a turn table than DJ Hero's 3 keys.

When I first saw this in the crappy Game Informer magazine, I had to laugh at Harmonix's attempt at a dj game.

Thankfully I was able to buy the Beatmania Bundle back a few years ago with the ****ty american beatmania with the awesome controller.

Tho if it has Daft Punk on there...that might make it worth playing for me. But if it has horrible song selection as bad as the GH games and the american beatmania choices, I won't buy it (and by horrible, I mean incredibly lame song choices. Then again, I don't like a lot of the rock that is being churned out now-a-days, so w/e).

Either way, american rhythm games just plain suck imo, so w/e. Beatmania IIDX is better.

I tried it at a demo location, was really unimpressed.
Beatmania is more fun and has better music. And I actually have Beatmania 10-14th.

We had the demo in at work. It's not really my music genre (I'll stick to Rock Band kthx) but the gameplay itself is quite fun. I wish it was able to go up to expert on the demo because I want to give that a shot.

Played a demo at a store in the mall on the hardest difficulty.
Seems like most people with a brain could master it within hours. It's like playing a 120 dollar version of Bop It. Seriously. It's almost an insult to rhythm gaming.
