Seriously, a file should be rated based on its actual difficulty, not by metrics that may not necessarily raise the overall difficulty of the file. Who cares if there are hands when the file's piss easy compared to other FMO's?

Unrelated, DP should be a 13.

Death Piano should be a 13. Definitely more worthy of being one than RATO.

Also I find Chant Pattern loads easier than schmollbluk but yet it's one difficulty rating higher

They're both difficult but I believe CCCP is harder than Schmollbluk

Just tried CCCP again and got 6 goods, score didn't record and image won't upload.

I think the song is more of a visual challenge

There's a technical aspect within the chart too, you have to swing your rhythm slightly, and then you have to read the patterns just before the walls of green arrows because they all can be jump-trilled if you aren't fast enough.

I simply can't catch some of these patterns. I know if I spent time to figure out the patterns, I could get a much better score.
