            I agree. Makes sense that if you don't submit, you should be DQ'd... Makes it less work for you too, since you already have to deal with so many people.

                Even if I'm late to give my opinion. Though it'll be quite a hassle for those that can't make it the first round because of bad luck or something. At least it'll be more fair.

                            Sign ups dont even end until midnight tonight, so they cant even do divisions by then.
                            Earlier post said they would have it done most likely by monday.
