Hopefully i can get kongai tomorrow. I'm right now working at 1 old badge / day, hopefully soon i'll have finished all of the easy badges I have remaining, and then start working on those horribly annoying ones.


Rubix: after extensive Googling...

Capturing video from a webcam is easy, sending a stream of video is not... you generally need special software and equipment or a host that allows streaming.

Without streaming technology, you will only be able to transfer the whole video file to the receiver for them to view.

If the connection is quick enough, it may appear to be streaming as the data is transferring faster than the video is playing, however, it is not streaming.

More information such as the software involved on both ends will be necessary to help you further.

Guess its a no go. Ah well. I can still help somewhat on kongai using the webcam but its quality is crappy like Kongai.

With the 300 second achievement removed from Achievement Unlocked, I managed a 275sec time. My last achievements were Get Off Your Seats and Longevity and no doubt there's room for improvement :P

I had already played it once so I remembered most of the esoteric awards

Jon: if you recall, about 6-12 months ago... the admins used to do some live broadcasting on the front page of the site. we used a webcam to do that. synth had some special software that was constantly giving us issues, but that's what we did.
