Re: "Why would anyone want to mindlessly bash four buttons at the rythm of some music
The only answer I can come up with -> People listen to music, because it brings enjoyment to them. There is no reason that it really does, but music can change your mood, and mindset. Playing FFR is like getting a more in depth listening experience. It fuses you and the flow of the music together. The power of music to change your mood, and fusing you with the music, brings you into a state of feeling exilerated, and happiness. At the same time it gives you something to work at and master, which is almost limitless, with songs that no one has AAAed before.
That is a bad answer but its the only thing I could come up with.Comment

BAHAHAHA
That is funny.
My computer teacher let the class have a free day just because he wanted to watch me play FFR.nahComment

He was a sub but yeah he did. It was pretty awesome. Better than learning stuff on Powerpoint that I already knew how to do.nahComment

Who needs Powerpoint? I could mash DP for the next 20 years of my life before I learn powerpoint. xD
Powerpoint is awesome though. Bill Gates did something right.Comment

Don't ask me, it's the school's curriculum. They really don't teach us anything in computer class, it's totally pointless.nahComment

I had to take computers as part of my curriculum too; they showed us Access, Excel, Word, Powerpoint and FrontPage--never a break either, because my teacher was never (NOT ONCE) absent. >.>

There's practically like no mashing songs in ffr except for vertex beta vrofl, and maybe death piano but that's basically it.
Plus, if someone says that it's easy to just mindlessly press all four buttons at once and mash as fast as you can requires no skill, try making them play songs like Dear Arch and they'll be owned lmfaoOriginally posted by hi19hi19oh boy, it's STIFF, I'll stretch before I sit down at the computer so not I'm not as STIFF next time I step a fileComment

To all people saying you can't mindlessly play FFR... After about 30 seconds of playing my reflexes take over 100% and I generally end up staring at the screen, occasionally even being distracted by something and forgetting to LOOK at the screen (and failing the level miserably, of course). I usually end up thinking deep about something completely different, like school.Comment

Originally posted by DossarLX ODIAudition is some stupid rhythm game where you unlock fashion stuff and the arrows are inside of a bar and you have to hit the arrows in correspondence, you don't even have to follow the music to hit the arrows, so that's why I find it stupid. Also there's just 60-150 bpm pos music in that game. If they put in songs like 960 bpm speedcore everyone would be f*cced over lulz
It's a rip-off of a rhythm game for the PS, Bust-a-Groove. Audition is ****, though. BAG was pretty damn awesome
Answer to the OP:
It's a good excuse to buy a new keyboard and speaker systemWhy would you put that in your signature? You've lost your signature rights for a month. (You'll get them back on March 10th, 2012.)Comment
