Re: FFR Scores
Because then you know you would have AAA'd it, and therefore you know you have the potential to AAA it. Yeah, it's stupid to keep on going on when you get a miss towards the beginning, but I didn't get that miss until pretty close to the end. Some people use it for attention, so maybe you assume that and become bothered that way, haha. I actually am reluctant to post missflags because I think people will automatically assume I'm starving for attention or something.
There's also the possibility that someone simply didn't notice the miss now that we are able to mask our combo and accuracy. I do that, but I noticed the miss in Strangeprogram from simply seeing the arrow go over the receptor in the middle of the stream. I also knew I was close to the end, so I'd rather see it as a potential AAA then another attempt where I boo'd out. My best score is (3-0-0-0) on Strangeprogram, so that missflag feels like a better determination of my potential than my current best score, anyways.
Edit: Another point I wanted to make...I usually don't post scores in here as often because the standards have gotten so damn high that it honestly feels like high FMOs and FGO scores are mainly/fully appreciated, and that's only if the score is, like...rank 50 or lower. Of course, AAAs on FMOS are appreciated, but...eh...I don't know. I just don't like posting in this thread as much anymore, probably because I don't really care about the competition aspect of FFR anymore.
As for that missflag...I know a few people that have gotten to the point of addressing a missflag as a "Hammy". When I get a missflag, I find it funny. I know others find it funny, too, because of the fact that I get so many of them. What I don't want is people being bothered by me posting them or thinking I want attention, though, so please don't take it that way. (In case someone here does take it that way.)
