There is no tie-breaker in Intermediate. I'm guessing he just said "Intermediate" and meant to say "Advanced". You can even see it in the scores.

And seriously... push it to midnight. Just awkward having a round end @ 12 noon. May as well end it at 8am. Everyone's already either at work or school by then anyway.
