I have an idea. I'll double the amount of profile views required for a level, but keep the number of votes the same.
This may cause some ranks to change, but otherwise, it should be better.
I think everyone should be happy with this.

You should triple/quadruple it since getting profile views is easier and more important when it comes to being known. For example, Rubix is so recognized that he has 44k profile views, but doesn't even have 1k profile votes. In other words, make the profile views requierment much more higher. /suggestion

EDIT: You should put everyone with the highest stats above everyone else in their divisions/sections. Maybe add some more font colors because plain red is ugly (my opinion).Removed a .gif image so your total signature size isn't well over 1MB. Keep this in mind for the future.

What purpose? I'm simply saying that it should be a tad more than doubled because some people have outrageous stats... just like when you want to hit T0 in the tier system, it's rediculously hard.
Also, no one is going to be postwhoring if the gaps between each requirement is well thought.
Your post made no sense in how what I said affects what you said....Removed a .gif image so your total signature size isn't well over 1MB. Keep this in mind for the future.

Popularity based on profile votes and views is like saying the most popular people at FFR are the myspace crowd.
Those or the ones who go around saying "VOTE FOR ME PLZ" (which I've already mocked so I won't go into detail) or the ones who try the deception route like "HERE IS VROFLOFFLE (SUPER SECRET LINK TO +1 VOTE).
