Yay, I now know the name at the thing that kills me everytime in a song...the running man. God, I never liked that dance anyways, and now it haunts me in FFR songs. T_T

Perhaps the boomiss should be included in this guide? The issue when you miss one note, and you get a whole lot of misses/boos even if you hit the notes correctly?

I've never heard of a pattern name for that before, I'd simply call it 16th stream or 8th stream. Lots of "patterns" have not been named, simply because they are not common enough to deserve one.

No, he got something like 5-0-0-0. Technically, it is theoretically possible to AAA it, but the reason why FPC and AAA are still separate terms is because of 0-framers. Likewise, this means that the only song you can't FPC and only can AAA is Vertex Beta vrofl, but Crowdpleaser only has 1-framers, meaning you can FPC and AAA it.
