I use Pop Candy 2 (for the decent computer with Step'n Music PLUS game), and that IIDX GOLD theme by k//eternal (on my older Stepmania computer).

i use ITG 2 with custom speed modifiers such as C650, C700 and others while on SM 3.9
while playing PIU, I use PIU Next 2, and for SM4.0 I always use dubaiOne (still incomplete, but very convenient)

Currently, I use ITG with default arrows, but I usually set the arrows to note.

I used to use Techno Fiend with ITG arrows.
