Yeah. Also, people shouldn't be allowed to post scores on alts if their main account gets banned while the tournament is taking place. I don't think they should necessarily be DQ'd from the tournament for a short forum ban, but banned users shouldn't deserve an equal chance at having the site reward them when they are disrespecting the site's guidelines in the first place.
Besides, it's not like they can't acquire a score while they are forum banned. I just don't think their score should be accepted when they are ban evading to post it for an official tournament. They should have to wait it out in order to post it, and if they run out of time then that's their problem for breaking the rules in the first place.
Edit: Btw, I'm saying this in regards to this post:
