If you don't submit in a round, then you are automatically disqualified when the round ends.

Not yet, even if your below the line with 2 goods, you wont be eliminated this round. No tiebreakers, so like 3 more people would have to submit a score better then 3 goods. And i highly doubt thats gonna happen in 9 minutes.
