Aren't you being just a little too self-centered there? The man has to keep track of scores from 1500 people so there's no need to start going at him if he doesn't immediately update when you tell him to.

Also, Sprite's normal awake time is about 3-4pm EST until 5-7am EST. so, I figure he's asleep right now.

would getting an AAA this round help me at all next round? Or could I just ride my 5 goods to the next round with no penalty?

Getting a better score now won't help you next round. If you don't want/need to improve it, don't. First rounds are generally pretty easy to get past without much effort.

if 5 goods carries you to the next round, it doesn't matter.

There is no penalty if the score is yours and its above the red line. if it isn't yours, you get disqualified. If you happen to not make it above the red line, the only penalty is you lose! ^_^
