Okay, In order to be a part of this Tourney you must be in a Clan.
The only way you could participate would be to qualify into either STD, TC, or TD.
If you don't do that, then you can't participate.

This is just to get everyone aquainted with the fact that the Tourney is starting soon..
Clearly states the starting date still isn't know.
Which I say we should start it on Next Sunday.. I just need to talk to Chris about it XD
