that suicide file is like, easily the worst file i've played since i got an ffr subscription. by far. the end is hilarious, so are random 24ths that should be 16ths except whoever made the file is trying to emulate whatever gimmicky simfile artist people like nowadays.

i wouldn't play that file again for all the tier points in the world

for one, the 24ths are actually there 'cause the drummer sucks and his left foot is always slightly behind the beat

for another, you're right, I was pressed for a deadline when I made it and I did the whole thing in one 5 hour stretch with my mom bitching about the noise so I was just trying to get done lol

I realized so many mistakes after I had sent it but when I asked Tass if I could redo it before it came out on FFR but he never responded.

ah yes, the "but that's what's there" argument. i guess if you consider a perfect file to be perfectly onsync with the music and devoid of any rhyme or reason or fun factor, then yes, you are correct. i guess my philosophy is that the reason i'm making the chart instead of a program that syncs arrows to the top of the sound wave is that i can make better decisions than a program ^___^;;
