meteor smashing i think is a better way to eliminate your enemy than cliff hanging >_> in my opinion that's just cruel XD (because with meteors they at least had the oportunity to scape). or just hitting them right in the face when they try to comeback

Read again Random dumbass Brawler, I already said "I can juggle and edge hog [as well as anyone else, probably better than you can] and bitchslap anyone who tries to do it to me, it's just no fun [winning if that's all you do]".

I've never heard anyone who is good at brawl down talk the concept of juggling. Keep talking smack, it doesn't get you anywhere rofl.

Who knows I could be a good player compared to you. I know people are going to juggle no matter what I say, and most of the time I can get out of the juggle, but I just want to complain about juggling. As I said I'm sure some people are better than me.

I'm obviously a moron. I've seen people hanging on the side of the stage so many times.. and I still don't know why they do it. They run over to it, hang off, then keep hanging off it over and over again.

First of all, don't double post.
Second of all, Olimar can do ridiculous amounts of damage very fast.
He just sucks horrible at edgeguarding.

Which is what makes him a downfall in being able to kill people...like Meta Knight, Olimar can rack up damage fast, but that's not going to do anything when you can't knock somebody off the edge and prevent them from coming back. That's why Wolf is such a good character- he might not be able to rack up damage, but his smashes allow him to keep his opponents outside of the edge.

Third of all memberating is against the rules.
He may be able to do a massive amount of damage but that doesn't mean he doesn't suck because he lacks more things than many of the other characters. I think that flaming_dingleberry complains too much but he is good enough to back up what he is saying.

I don't like Olimar but I guess that if you master all of the characters, each one would have a decent amount of playablility in each. I just got into using Pichu in SSBM before Brawl came out.

Olimar's up smash and down smash are amazing for knockback, as is his meteor. It's rather easy to kill people with him actually, especially in stages with platforms (which most people don't play with because U CN ONLI PLY FD LAWL LAWL LAWL). I enjoy using him because it's an interesting style of play.

Stop saying what this game is for and what it is not for.

It for money making for Nintendo.

They achieve this by giving the consumer a product which is intended to entertain.

Thus, the point of the game is to have fun. It doesn't matter how one has fun, be it mercilessly raping their opponent or by toying around with them. If they're having fun, they're doing it right.

Olimar is far from the worst character in the game, guys. He has insane range, damage-building ability and power. Unfortunately, he has one of the worst recoveries in the game that's EASILY edgehogged. Ivysaur is pretty much the same character only not as good.

I was reading on the Shoryuken forums (since Brawl will be at EVO Championship Series this year) and they have a very early unofficial tier list up.

Keep in mind that it's too early in the game's lifespan to come up with a definite tier list. Also, this is for competitive play only. If you don't care about competitive play, this list doesn't really mean anything so I would just ignore it. Most characters are viable in 4P FFAs, though some characters are usually better than others in those types of matches.

Anyone wanna weigh in on this?

Alright, since I don't know how to quote multiple assholes at the same time, I'll just try to clarify some things. If I ever play someone other than my friend, their ass is getting juggled and their stage will be edge-raped. I support meteor smashing 100% l,,l I'm not trying to make everyone stop doing it, I'm just tired of retards saying it's a better way to play.
