i hate it when people argue over stupid things. if one side of the argument knows the other is being a douchebag then he or she should know to just let him or her be.

First of all, this is FFR. No one is going to let douchebags just "be". Once the vets give up the newbies are either going to compliment the idiot and make them conceited, be nice and encourage the idiot, or they're going to flame the hell out of them and they'll flame back.

Second, if we don't flame him for being the idiot he is, he's not going to stop or leave. We try what we can, but if they don't leave it never hurts to keep trying.

Third, when we're not pissed off at him, we laugh at how stupid he is. It's fun.

Don't take offense to what I say, I see your point, but real life and the internet don't work the same way.
