Meh, the most revenge I have thought of taking on Fred Meyer is just telling my friends and family to stop shopping there. I am not very spiteful person by nature.
Maybe this thread will convince more people to stop shopping there.

Well, knowing most people who are crippled, he most likely gets disability pay, and will not have a job. And he is in Fred Meyer all the goddamned time, I don't see how he has a life, nevermind a job.
But this idea also involves interacting with him, which is something I would like to avoid.

Unless you convince hundreds of thousands of people, this really isn't going to affect any demographic.

Also, if "legal action" is not the first thing that comes to mind, chances are there's something in the story that you've left out.

Unfortunately I was on some sort of bull**** 120 day new member probation.
Which basically means, while I do not gain any benefits from the union, I still had to pay them.
