Great. Now that we've all shut up about this, can we please not talk about pointless things completely unrelated to this thread, which is about a game that hasn't even come out yet?

If you want to keep talking, feel free to open a room in the Chat or exchange AIM screennames.

      Thanks.

As for me, I don't think I'll enjoy the Wii Remote control scheme. It looks too crowded.

if you don't like the wii remote setup, use the good old XABY-type attachment or use a gamecube controller.

Yeah, there is no doubt in my mind that Sonic's stage will be Emerald Hill zone. Everyone who has played a sonic game can identify with it.

Sonic's stage damn well better be the Emerald Hill zone. It just fits Sonic.

It probably will be, but they won't name it Emeral Hill ZONE. They would take zone out. But... they shouldn't have a stage for him, and he shouldn't be in the game. But he is and they will have a stage for him so I lost there.

i think sonic would kick @$$ in stages like final destination, as a stage for him, any hill zone is ok for me (or the space colony ARK)

I think sonic would suck at Final Destination.

If you used Yoshi / Jigglypuff on that stage, you'd also suck. You remove some of their best skills because it's too small. Sonic's spin-attack would be null and void.

Speed is important, but it's more important when you have space to move through.

well with sonic you just jump and then spin back, at least that's what i read in his moves but i think you need to hit someone to do this.

ARE YOU KIDDING ME? i killed giga bowser and the 2 dorks with jigglypuff

You didn't use her standard special move. If you use her spin roll on Final Destination, you're almost guaranteed to fall off the stage.

You used Jigglypuff for the same reason everyone else does: Giga Bowser is a huge target and dies in one down+B move.

Which reminds me. I sincerely hope they'll have Events in Brawl. 100 sounds about right.

Many are saying Ark or Green Hill Zone on Gamefaqs for a Sonic stage.

                            I've also heard:
                            City Escape
                            Marble Hill (is it hill?)
                            Doomsday/Death Egg

Any character would do great on Final Destination as long as you train and become good with them. That's the basic layout, although the size may be a slight issue.

Please explain how rolling off the edge of the stage and dying is advantageous.

                                Re: Super Smash Brothers Brawl

If you know how to control the rollout, you won't die. Jigglypuff is my current main, and I can control her rollout to the point I don't move from one spot, it's not that difficult. And large stages are typically better for Jiggly for higher ceilings and farther left/right walls. Not to mention the fact that if you know how to use Pound to recover, you can wall the living sh!t out of someone with even a good recovery (Peach or Samus after a certain point even) to the point that they won't be able to make it back.

If you know what you're doing, you'll take Jiggly to Final Destination, Dreamland 64, Pokemon Stadium, or Jungle Japes.

Edit : Yoshi, however, would absolutely suck on Final Destination.
