    I like some of the older, more funny, yet perverted animes, like "Those Who Hunt Elves" and I also really like "Berserk." I don't know if they've decided to make it into an anime, but I still like it. I also like "Saiyuki" and "Saiyuki Reload," but the animes don't have nearly as much blood as the manga... hmmmm.... Also a fan of "FLCL."

        I like Berserk too. Gatsu is an absolute badass. You don't have to look that hard for "mature" anime. I mean, just on adult swim there's Blood+ and Samurai Champloo. Not has hardcore as Berserk, but not exactly aimed at 12yr olds either.

            The problem with adult swim is that they only show dubs. The only animes with dubs that maintain the same quality as the original (that I've seen) would be FLCL and Cowboy Bebop. Unfortunately, most animes end up like Escaflowne or Cardcaptors when they get dubbed.

                Well they probably wouldn't show beserk for all the nudity and hardcore stuff like all the blood and stuff,it even says why on wikipedia why adult swim can't show it
