actually you can be banned for telling people your giving prizes for your tournament and not paying up. but what happens if colt actually does give the prizes is between you and colt.

You don't make a tournament if you lack the goods to back it up.

It'd be like winning The Price Is Right and being told they don't have the prize money for you or that the new Mercedes you just scored won't be in their possession for an unknown period of time.

Given your prize listings you'd require, at maximum, to be able to cater to any prize permutation:

-Subscriptions, always in stock
-At least 10K+25K+5K+20K+30K+5K+15K+"credits" x 5 (let's assume for the hell of it that "credits" in this case = 10K), 110K + 50K = 160K, this is easy to cough up.
-3 shirts
-10 stickers

Current stock as of this post:
Top 1000 Shirt: 4 Small, 41 Medium, 42 Large, 0 XLarge, 16 2X Large
All Skill Shirt: 6 Small, 2 Large, 19 XLarge
FFR Guy Shirt: 1 Pacific Blue XLarge, 2 Pacific Blue Large
Stickers: FFR Arrows sold out, 2 Guy Blade Stickers, 2 Guy Stickers

There are more than enough shirts to go around given you only need three of them, nothing stopping you from giving subscriptions, and nothing stopping you from giving credits. Only thing you're short on is stickers, and if you wanted you could dish out ~4 of them and only be in debt 6 stickers, assuming you could still purchase these items from the store.

I count 10. This post was made over a month ago, and I bet there was more in stock back then. There are four in stock now. Therefore you could buy four, distribute them, and get 6 later. At the very least you could give out the rest of the prizes as there is nothing preventing you from doing so. You're only perpetuating this aura of promising something and delaying the delivery, and it severely undercuts your credibility and your responsibility.

but you promised real cash prizes, probably with no intention to ever give them out
