In any case it's apparent that you're more interested in taking the argument to something you have a chance at winning (the finer points of the english language) then something you don't (stepmania)

Sorry but nearly every person that's BS'd scores has done each of the following
1.) Pretended not to care
2.) Pretended to leave, and then come back
3.) Pulled each of the following: the age card, the life card, and the spelling/grammar card

This is exactly why people here suck at argument and don't even know it. It isn't that I "bring it to a finer point of English," it's just that you guys don't understand how to argue effectively without resorting to sheepmindedness, bandwagons, and controversy as cannon fodder.

Did you honestly not understand what I meant by ad hominem, even if it wasn't the specific description? Most people (atleast from what I've seen) use ad hominem to describe statements like that, and people understand what it means. As long as you know what I'm trying to say there's really no need to go into specifics... unless of course you're looking for another outside way to attack me to avoid going into stepmania (I ownder why?). You seem to like that.

You're right, they aren't. I didn't intend it to correspond with stepmania skills, I intended it to correspond with the mentality of someone who fakes scores over internet forums, something that a lot of people here, including myself, have grown accustomed to seeing.

The formal term isn't hard to understand. But don't tarnish logic and argument with your pathetic attempts to interject Latin terms into your argument to somehow give you the illusion of credibility, especially against someone who actually knows what they're talking about.

Ok, so, let's assume this "mentality" is the same? So what? You're still saying nothing. It's this type of controversy-stirring that causes so much negative light. People here are too young and simply don't. know. how. to. argue. If FFR took these type of logic skills to court or debate or something they'd be demolished.

You still don't quite get it -- it's like how people somehow claim I'm not legitimate because I use phrases like "jumpclusters." Somehow that's soo indicative of BS even though it's independent of skill. So if you want me to use your FFR terminology, at least get your facts straight with respect to argument and logic. Even though the point may "get itself across."
