Also, what are people's opinions on these Final Smash moves?

I think they might turn the tables of the game more towards luck, and less from skill.

AKA who can get the power ball the fastest, or w/e.

I think they mentioned them as a characters personal "hammer"(from the other ssb games) so there should be an option to turn them off like other items

i dont think ill be buying it because my brothers selling the wii. none of us play with the wii much so i dont really care.

Today's update: Petey Pirahna and some important Adventure mode information.

Now don't get tied in a knot, Petey isn't playable. He's the first boss you meet. Yes, a boss other than MH/CH/Giga Bowser! He attacks using iron cages in which he's captured the two princesses, and your job is to save one of them by attacking one enough to the point where it breaks. The final line says "What will happen to the one you don't save?"

So this reveals a host of information about Adventure mode. First, it seems that there is one specific story to follow, as opposed to one for each character. Also, judging by the movies shown earlier, I'd wager that you can only play as certain characters at certain points. If I'm not mistaken, Kirby was the only character to remain unscathed by Petey's appearance, so I'll assume you fight Petey with him.

Finally, it appears to be a choice-based adventure mode, similar to SCIII. What happens and how the story branches is determined by the choices you make along the way, such as saving either Peach or Zelda.

If nothing else, it seems like this will be the first Smash Bros. to have a real story.

Yeah i'm really liking this new story mode. In the other two ssbs the story mode was really linear and boring. And once you played it with each character your basically done with it. SSBB's will be so much better.

well i guess that, this thing of branches in the story is really good. and even though not every characte has his own story, is ok (i mean it would be like sonic if they make that kind of thing)

i heard King that King K. Rool was in it, and i dont doubt it.
I REALLY WANT SKULL KID FROM LEGEND OF ZELDA MAJORAS MASK TO BE IN BRAWL.

I think its weird that in ssbm you couldn't even unlock a fire emblem place and yet in brawl you start with one.

Since I am losing hope that Sonic is going to be in this, I hope Munchlax is going to be in this game. He has quite a fanbase and is one of the more popular 4th Gen Pokemon, but then again, so is Lucario.

Super Smash Brothers Brawl is gonna be awesome. I've been so bored with games lately. >.< (Except for FFR.) I just beat Bioshock, Boogie, and like 20 other games in the last couple of weeks. Finally, another game to refresh my addiction.

P.S. Luigi better be unlockable becase Luigi=Win.

Update: Gliding has been announced. Like Super Mario 64 when you get a flying cap. (You can't change direction.) Current characters with this ability is, Pit, Charizard, Meta Knight. Mainly characters with wings can "fly". Also a new stage, Warioware has been announced. Basically it is a bunch of Warioware mini-games all in one stage. One SS showed the fighters showered in arrows and the caption mentioned doding and a reward for completion of the stage.
