What happened to "In FFR Keymapping"? With this option any Key combination would be available and hands and quads could be an option in the future.

Also, unlike SM... there are still people who index normally and would have near no chance high scoring songs with hands, and don't say the bs of "Well, they should play spread then."

For SM, just hit three of the notes early and the fourth onbeat, you'll get a marvelous.
