Metagross is most definitely good and fits in better in most situations, but Lucario fills in nicely for teams who need a good Fighting type that can resist most other types, especially since he's a perfect counter to Tyranitar, who is becoming more and more popular due to the Physical/Special split.

Tyranitar is becoming more popular because of the Sandstorm defence boost as well. He is even classified as Uber now because of it, IIRC

That's true....I don't have a Larvitar which sucks because the one I want is with my friend and he won't let me have a copy of it.The bad thin, I don't have Wi-Fi.

Tyranitar is becoming even better nowadays!? Dang too bad i dont got the diamond version i mean my bro has it but he hasnt even beaten the game yet becuz one of his friend traded him an eevee and a ditto and now he's making an eevee team which is taking him forever to train becuz there really isnt any good place for him to train at the moment and then there's the fact i have to wait for him to get the national dex which shouldnt be a problem

Larvitar can be found on Route 207 using the PokeRadar in Diamond ONLY.

Beldum. It's only findable in the swarms that appear after you beat the game, so you might end up waiting a very long time before you can get one. Have you tried looking in the GTS?

Apparently, you can only search for Pokemon through GTS is you have a record of you seeing it in the game first. Beldum isn't seen anywhere except in the wild when swarming and in the Battle Tower (where encounters don't count toward your Pokedex, apparently). You can get a Metagross and breed it, though.

If someone knows how to get Pokemon that you haven't seen yet through GTS, it would be very helpful.

I have 3 beldums. They were a god damn bitch to catch. So many ultraballs and duskballs despite having only a silver of health. Also they only use takedown it seems so they are pretty much suicidal making them harder to catch.

The only way you can get a pokemon you have not seen is by doing a personal trade.

something must be wrong with my game because i beat the 7th gym leaser with a lvl 98 (only carry r pokemon at a time for hm reasons) and it obeyed me find so what is the deal with that?

Your game is completely broken. It is a fatal glitch that will destroy your DS. Blow up your game or return it to the store as soon as you can.

No. If that happened then that is a good thing. Just be happy that is happened and everything will be ok.

Lol....I'd be mad if my DS got a glitch that destroyed it.Not after I got a Kingdom Hearts Skin Cover for it.That would suck

You insert your team into it and it counts up all your weaknesses and resistances and scales them. If you get a deep red in something then that means you have a big weakness to a type in your team and you should proberly change things around a bit.
