                                                    I wish, just once, in that kind of situation, Tom Cruise's character would lose terribly. Is that too much to ask?

                                                        Yeah, it did have some cool parts in it, but I felt that WAY too much of it was not so much Eragon as Hollywood.

                                                        I can understand shortening the movie to fit a time-frame, but they overdid it in Eragon...

                                                        I could make a giant list of everything that was done differently between the book and movie, but I'd need a new thread for that, and it's probably already been done. :/
