I put .hack far above AIR in terms of suck.

.hack was the most boring and pointless television show I have ever watched.

AIR just made no sense and had no plot whatsoever.

I'll say it again, "Gintama" as the WORST and ending episodes of "His and her Circumstances or the Kareshi Kanojou no jijou" They ran out of of budget and ran episodes like slide shows instead of animations. That was really sad, I loved the Anime untill maybe midpoint after which it became aids.

I have finally discovered the pattern here.

The majority of people here seem to hate .hack. And in all honesty it is the only anime I like. And I've seen a good thrity of them because just about every person you meet now loves anime. So my friends say "but dude you gotta watch THIS one." And I will. And it will suck.

but .hack... I loved .hack. And since so many other people here hate it, I've come to the conclusion that I liked it because it was the least like any other anime. Which is what made it good. Because in my opinion anime shows are the dumbest thing that ever hit America. They're probably one of the dumbest things that ever hit Japan too.

Anyway, for lamest anime, I vote Dragonball Z.

1. BAD artwork. In fact, shame on me for voting it in the worst anime thread, it's hardly anime.

2. Ridiculously stretched out. wtf is this Goku having to charge one move for 11 episodes only for it to miss?

3. It outdoes itself every time. They figured that after 7364 epidoses, the only way to keep people from getting bored of the same thing was to make the next character 8 times more powerful than the last. So you'll have a guy that can survive a SS lv 3. He'll go SS lv 4 (OMG 4?!?!?! UNHEARD OF!!!) and win. Someone comes around that will now have an island blown up on him and survive. So now they conveniently discover SS lv 5. And so on and so on. I understand it needs to work up to a climax (most powerful enemy first would be lame), but it's to the point where it's anti-climactic.

THE WORST BY FARRRR is Zone of The Enders....yes they made an anime of it....i can't even describe it i was left in so much disgust i didn't play the videogames for 2 months. (only 2months because i love ZOE: The 2nd Runner)
The OAV is good...the series is BAAAWD.

AIR sux too, but...this will probably make you hate anime.

P.S. i loved .hack//sign and .hack//Liminality.....hated .hack//LOTB

Power Puff Girls Z wasn't that bad.

Not as bad as, say, Inuyasha or .hack.

I watched two episodes and never watched any more, but that doesn't mean it was bad.

Anyone seen Tokyo Underground?

That was really bad. I mean, there was about 20% cool in it (Some funny stuff and some character designs were awesome) but the ending and some plot twists/story was so god damn poor.

I dunno... I suppose the worst I've ever seen is Digimon, but I never really went out of my way to find a bad anime.
