I'd put it all in a high interest account or CD and just live off of the interest.
I wouldn't buy a big house or anything, I'd live normally and make the money last, and instead of donating to charity, which doesn't really do much anyway, I'd probably go out and help homeless people with it, like buy them a $5,000 gift card to a resturant or something.

With $100 million? Of course I would give $100,000. Actually, I would probably give around $500,000 to the important charities (Sick kids hospital, homeless people, AIDS fund, cancer research, etc).

I don't need $100 million dollars really, I'd probably only use a million (Buying a house, a car, paying off student loans, buying my brothers some crap)
