I would keep all of it. Put it in a bank account. Even if I were to get only 0.1% interest I could still give $100,000 to charity... a month! Of course I would give them less and spend, spend, spend... Interest at least.

Increase my life insurance/insurance on everything possible.
Knowing that i have 100 mil, people will be out there to kill me or do anything at any means possible to get my money.
Including stealing. Everyone's gonna want to attempt to break into my house and see what i've used with my 100 mil earnings. maybe ill dig a moat around my house (or, of course, have someone do it for me).
