Those who have less than 60 points have N/A next to their name instead of a 4 (tier 4). I dont know why theyre there though.

We had over 40 when the requirement was 40+ to be in tier 4, but when the requirement was bumped up to 60, we didn't make it. So we're N/A until we get more points.

I can calculate your points with "New Program" now, so if you want to know your points, post here.
