It might make you better at things like quick reaction time and maybe even MA or PA but if your just a fat guy who eats nachos all day than FFR is probobly worse.

FFR increases your ability in EVERYTHING, play enough FFR and your reaction time will be SO GOOD that you can catch bullets in your mouth.

Obviously, playing a lot of FFR will make you easily read any DDR rhythm. If you play FFR index style, you will be pretty good at DDR your first try. The only thing would be the difficulty of translating hand timing to foot timing and getting used to the positions of the arrows on the ground.

If you never play index, expecting to have mad DDR skills immediately would not be very wise, though.

haha, mashing index is a LOT easier than mashing spread... i read the left key and just smash the other 3. so it keeps me from booing out.
