            Mostly Downscroll D4 here. Probably my final submission for the round, but there miiiight be another song I can squeeze out a good enough run on. We'll see.

                        It's actually confusing because the example provided with Max Forever doesn't actually make sense.

                        It comes out to -31 of note total with a 16-2-3-5 which both raw good and even raw number counts don't add up to 31.

                            16-2-3-5 is 16.0 - 3.6 - 7.2 - 1.0 = 27.8 raw goods. 27.8 is less than the cutoff. I assume that 2,678 being given is a typo or misremembering. I guess the best way to find out is this:
                            How many arrows is my Blue Army worth? 3330, the number of arrows in the song? 3309, 3330-21.0 raw goods? Something else entirely?

                            My only other question is do we need less than 30 goods, or 30 or less goods. Is 30.0 a legal total, or does it need to be 29.8 or less? This might end up mattering for me.
