I'll bid a single erotic yet safe-for-work photo of me posing while wearing my Piplup hat while sucking on a blueberry lollipop with my mouth partially open so you can see the lollipop color to verify it's blueberryness.

It says the game can't be supported on your OS, but it's most likely that either:
1. Your computer hasn't been updated in a while
2. Your specs are too low
3. Compatibility mode is on
Try fiddling around with it
Edit: On a completely unrelated note, it looks like a handful of people were caught doing RMT and were banned from PSO2 lol

I have XP SP2, my specs are fine but i use AMD rather than Intel (required specs shows intel processor) but i doubt that's the problem
edit: seeing if SP3 will make it work
edit2: sweet success

To bad the damage different between that and a 5 star weapon is pretty much nothing. But the game is hardly about usefulness. It's all about aesthetics.
In pso:bb your weapons and stats meant everything when dealing damage. I'm kind of glad they did it this way though. There is a lot more skill involved in playing instead of pure stats and items.
I'm going the other way from Izzy and trying to 'waste' as much on raising attack as much as I can.
Honestly, there's nothing else to spend meseta on until October, and by then I probably won't be playing as much anyways.
The highest atk from a 5-star weapon is an alva caliber which has 448 m atk at +10, which is 114 m atk difference. I'm pretty sure the damage difference between Xay's sword and the alva caliber is more than "pretty much nothing."
Every bit of attack counts to me - personally, it's worth spending 100k~200k to raise your rare weapon from 0 abilities to +60 atk. +240 atk for a full set (wep/units). Essencially does the same thing as grinding.
If you can, +10 it and vendor it for over 1 mil.
My DPS significantly increased with added atk/PP, and that's all from units (6400+ max damage lawl). There IS a difference.
Besides, you can make more money faster with better equips.
250 extra attack might only add 30 extra damage per hit except the difference between a +60 attack and grinded to +10 5 star weapons and the best weapon in the game is way less than 250. You could spend 3 million only doing 15 extra damage per hit.
