if you can't get it into ffrcp3, listen to the criticism and also think about trying for one of the xoon packs, the requirements are laxxer for those

or just releasing singles for a while to hone your trade (since I imagine you haven't made too many files so far?)

Ah. I'll think about trying that (post a link for thatest Xoon pack that's available to submit files) and I'll listen to what the judges wrote :3

xoon minipack 3 isn't open for receiving files yet

in any case don't submit your very first file to anything, make some files as tests to experiment and play around, look at what simfile authors do with their own works, etc etc

another half-ass score x3!!!

Chill (Dr. Mario) surprisingly, I did it with 0.9x rate and with 4x speed but damnit, I keep getting an A on it and I want to AA it x___x (btw, it was done on SM4 alpha4)


(mods are on the left side of the SS; and if you can't see them its: Gamma [noteskin], Fail Off, No Mines, 4x [Speed])
I'm also surprised that it doesn't even show the rate you play on (0.9, Haste, etc.)

thanks. I don't intend on getting super awesome machine scores anytime soon since my MA sucks (though isn't fail :3) and yet, my accuracy still needs to be improved in many ways :3

Also, which noteskins and character (the ones that always say "TOASTY!") are best to use on SM (and send me the link to dl it)? :3

you should play for at least a few more months until thinking about making a vid, at this point it would seem a bit pointless

the guy popping out and saying toasty isn't the character, the character is like in DDR, dances on screen as you play. the toasty thing is an SM-specific easter egg referencing one of the street fighter games

you can turn toasties off by disabling easter eggs, it's the only easter egg

good noteskins to use: orbular, whatever the best notebar+ or metalbar or w/e is, note, flat, default
