                Ugh, I went snowboarding last night had tons of hard bails almost broke my ankle and my arm. So I am really really really really sore today. 6 hours of snowboarding non-stop. Almost killed my self on a intermediate hill. I fell and some almost hit me. It was almost a vertical drop.
