                                        K. Today I went out and got myself a sound card so I could find out once and for all wtf.

                                        So, it turns out I did have arrow slowdown. Not because the music was offsync, but because after In installed the soundcard the arrows move a lot faster and I have more AV misses. Case closed, I guess. I played it with the new buglessness, and got 17 misses and 19 boos. So I guess things are back to normal.
